special characters in esperanto

hello,
I found some software and websites for learning esperanto, but I don't know, how to distinguish esperanto special characters from normal characters. I mean, how to distinguish them with my screenreader.
If you are interested, software is kurso de esperanto 3 (google it), and website should be

I don't have any experience with esperanto with speech, but there are special characters in Braille already established. If you have a braille display, that might be the way to go.

By the way, what's your speech software? There may be things you could do with the dictionary manager in jaws that would help out, and I'm sure window eyes has similar capabilities.

Hope this helps, and it's an intriguing question. I never thought of that.

I don't have braill display, and have wineyes, I'll try to play with it's dictionary.
